At Decor Haven Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your accent rugs, bedding sets, or other decor items, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Item must include all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bed pillows, bed blankets, and bathroom accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective. Candles & home fragrances are also final sale due to their consumable nature.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Decor Haven Shop is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
- Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your area rug, artificial plant, or other decor item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
