Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance for international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Decor Haven purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process for most items.
Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bed pillows & bed blankets
- Bathroom accessories
- Candles & home fragrances (all final sale)
Exceptions: We will accept returns if these items arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and return details
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and return address
- Ship Your Return: Pack item securely in original packaging, mark the RMA number clearly on the package, and send to: Decor Haven Shop Returns

Refund Process
- Inspection: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your area rug, artificial plant, or other decor item arrives damaged:

- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
International Returns
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with return shipments.
